My PSP Collection

Sorry all the last post have been about MLP :P So here is my PSP collection. As you can see it is very small, but that also makes it easy to photograph.

I bought my PSP together with Dissidia as a bundle. I wanted it for a few years mainly because of the re-releases of PsOne Rpgs, but always hesitated since I already had a DS. In the end I gave in and never regreted it. I really like the silver color version and you don't leave fingerprints all over it like on the black version. I would get crazy cleaning it everytime after playing ^^;

Games I have:
- Dissidia - Final Fantasy
- Tales of Eternia
- Star Ocean - First Departure
- Castelvania - The Dracula X Chronicles
- Silent Hill Origins
- Jeanne D'Arc

'Dissidia' is the only game I payed full price (the others were all under 15€) and I don't know what to think about it. The graphics are nice and I love to see the Amano designs in 3d, but it's such a repetitive game and I could never really get into the fighting system. The story is complete BS and I don't like what they have done to Terra. It's nice that it has two covers. One with the heroes on white background one with the villains on black backround (guess which one I use :p ).
'Tales of Eternia' was originally a PsOne game never released in Europe and 'Star Ocean' a remake of a Snes game never released outside Japan. I beat and enjoyed both games :) If you like JRPGs than you can't go wrong with those two. There is also 'Star Ocean '2 on PSP which is a great game. I just didn't buy it yet because I already have the PsOne version.
'Silent Hill Origins' and 'Castlevania' I still haven't played ^^; But 'Castlevania Dracula X' is like a must have because it features two of the best Castlevania games in one. 'Dracula X' is already a great game (just watch this video to see why http://www.clanofthegraywolf.com/16-bit-gems/17 ) but this PSP disc has 'Castelvania - Symphonia of the Night' as a little bonus, too. Actually...I think most people bought this game only for 'Symphony of the Night'.
Last 'Jeanne D'Arc'. I had read that you can play all games on a PSP but I was very unsure because is a region code on the back of the games. Now I feel really stupid did I didn't simply try it out sooner. 'Jeanne' is the game I'm playing at the moment. It's a strategy game like Final Fantasy Tactics but a bit more simple. So far teh story is kinda stupid and I don't care for the characters, but it's still fun to play from time to time.

New old MLPs

I got these three already last week (after waiting nearly two weeks for them to arrive in the mail) but forgot to post them.

I love this Merry Go Round Pony. The color combination is so crazy, but it really works. She has a bit off paint rubbed off on the saddle thing but her hair is still wonderfull.
Baby Mischief has nearly two cm of her tail missing and two blue dots on her body. With the sister Pony I'm not that happy...she had her earing and a strand of her hair missing. Well her hair is generally a bit dry.
This sound so negative, but I'm really not unhappy with this purchase. They weren't that expensive, but not super cheap.
Well, they have a nice new home now and I'm happy to have them :)

My little Pony Pamphlet from 1988

I scanned this pamphlet before it falls apart completely. I think I got into MLP in 1990 when I was 4 years old...at least that's when I got my first Pony magazine and I have a picture from my birthday and a 1990 Pony calendar. By that time The MLP line was already in it's eight year and only 4 years later they stopped releasing and producing new Ponies.
For some reason I always prefered the older Ponies over the newer ones with their bright and often neon colors.
I adored this pamphlet! I soooo wanted the nursery and the baby buggy aaaand the Ponies with the butterfly wings. I ended up getting the playsets I wanted, but I only ever got one Pony with butterfly wings...from the flea market with cut off hair ^^;
It took quite a while to scan everything and put everything together. Sadly the pictures look worse on blogger than my original files...

I hope you still enjoy them :)

Nesthäkchen Baby Pony "Schlummerchen"

It's still in good condition (well...there is some glue on the body and the tail, but it already was like that when I bought it new) and I have all the parts that came with this little cutie :)
The only thing missing on the picures is the pink ribbon. I know it came with a yellow ribbon, but I have a few of them and have no idea which one came with it or if I don't have it anymore.

Isn't she cute? :D I have Blubberchen, too but I don't know where the bathtub is :/

My little Pony G1 Collection

Yes, yet another post! Well I went to our basement because I was searching a specific toy. I found it and also brought a bag full of Ponies up to our apartment.

So here they are lined up! Everyone of those (save for the second Lemon Drop) is from my childhood :)

I know there are a few missing here...I had one with the ultra long hair and a few more baby ponies. I think they are inside the playsets (at least I hope so!)...I feel so spoiled because I had so many of the playsets and what feels like an army of Ponies.
As an adult I think 33 aren't THAT many especially when I consider that at least a third of them I bought at flea markets as a child.

I also still have pamphlets and cut our pieces from the boxes :D
Phew...it will take so much time to go through all the combs and brushes and little pieces. Most of the Ponies also need a clean up and some hair care.

Flea market haul #5

I'm actually glad I didn't find much today. First I saw this Littlest Petshop bunny and I love bunnies and it was only 50cent. The other two I got from another lady who had a whole box of those (stupid) Filly Ponies, littlest Petshop and a few other things. She wanted 1€ for two of them and I chose this cute kitty and koala.

Only at home I saw that the bunny was an Mc Donalds toy. Well it's still cute...but it's stupid that one cannot remove the bunny from it's stand.
These are my first littlest Petshop pets ... I resisted so long. But I still won't collect them. I mean...there are way to many ^^;
